Place salmon in pan, flesh side down, and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Flip the salmon, and sauté for another 3-5 minutes or until cooked to preference;
Pour the Pitmaster LT’s BBQ sauce and honey into a small microwavable bowl, and microwave for approx. 15 seconds;
Using a sauce brush, apply multiple coats of the sauce and honey mixture to the salmon to glaze it, and flip the salmon until carmelized;
In a separate pan warmed to medium heat, add the greens with a small amount of water. Sauté greens until wilted, then add lemon juice, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes;
Neatly arrange the cooked salmon and greens on a dining plate and enjoy!
